Every now and then, a person will come on board and challenge the mind sets of a generation. In E. Bernard Jordan's case, it has been far from an easy journey. He is the founder of Zoe Ministries - based in New York City - and is a popular televangelist, author and widely recognized for his gift of prophecy. He recently gained serious attention for his highly-publicized predictions of Hurricane Katrina. If you get a good glimpse of Bishop Jordan today, you may catch popular celebrities such as Rev. Run (of Run D.M.C.), Russell Simmons, Judge Hatchett and Rev. Al Sharpton speaking well of him on his BET weekly telecast. But there's also a dark cloud of mystery that circulates this modern theologian that may trouble a number of serious conservatives. He was influenced by the Prosperity Movement maestro Rev. Ike and is known for challenging ancient Christian traditions with new and modern interpretations of the Scripture. Not only that but he will even put a dollar sign for a personal prophecy.

Jordan has written a new book, "The Laws of Thinking: 20 Secrets to Using the Divine Power of Your Mind to Manifest Prosperity" - published by Hay House.
